Ovulation usually occurs around day 14 of a typical 28-day menstrual cycle!! I would recommend you to get a period tracking app such as @flotracker or @clueapp to make sure you’re up to date with your ovulation and menstrual cycle. Like that, the day you’re ovulating, you can skip 😈 that day ….if you’re not using protection!
