Pre-soak the vermicelli and mix with 1 tsp of dark soy sauce. 2. Cube the tofu and fry until golden. 3. Add sweet soybean paste and chili (if desired) to the tofu. 4. Season the mixture with 1u002F3 tsp salt, 1u002F3 tsp chicken bouillon powder, 1u002F3 tsp Five Spice Powder, 1 tsp light soy sauce, and 1 tsp oyster sauce. 5. Mix in minced green onion and ginger. 6. Blend the tofu mixture with the vermicelli, then toss in the minced garlic chives. 7. For the dough, mix 1 tsp of sugar with 500g of all-purpose wheat flour, 5g of yeast, and 260ml of warm water. 8. Shape the dough into strips and divide it into portions. Roll each portion into thin skins. 9. Place a generous amount of the tofu mixture in each skin and wrap it to form buns. 10. Let the buns rise in warm water for 30 minutes. 11. Once the water is boiling, steam the buns for 10 minutes. 12. Turn off the heat and allow the buns to stand for 2 minutes. Your Chinese Steamed Tofu Buns are ready to enjoy!
